Please note the following terms of service:

• We accept bookings on our website with a minimum of 12 hours of leading time. If you need a car earlier than that, please phone us and we'll try to provide you with our best solution.
• The price includes a "start of service" fee of 9 euros, in addition to the price per km.
• The price doesn't include the possible tolls, in case the traveller decides to go through toll roads. Such an additional cost will be supplied by the driver during the trip.
• If the client cancels the trip up to 48 hours before its beginning date, a cancellation fee of 10 euros will be charged.
• If the client cancels the trip within 48 hours of the beginning of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total price will be charged.
• If the client does not show up at the beginning of the trip, he/she will be charged the complete price of the trip. Once at the departure point of the trip, if the traveller is late, the driver will wait up to 30 minutes for free. After that, we will charge a fee of 20 euros for each hour of waiting time.

In order to fulfill our legal obligations, we inform you that we process the personal information you provide us with the following goals:

• Provide you with our services
• Bill you for those services.
• Detect instances of fraud or unauthorized access.

The personal information provided will be conserved as long as the commercial relationship is maintained, or during the years required by law, in an automated file owned by: Francisco Javier Rioja, with NIF: 13121121N and address at: Avda. Burgos 3, 09250 Belorado (Burgos).

The data will not be ceded to third parties, except in cases where we have to fulfill our legal obligations. You have the right to get confirmation about our treatment of your personal information; therefore, you have the right to access your personal information, rectify inaccurate data or request its supression when it's no longer necessary.
